Inspirational day

Today, starting from early in the morning, I felt this is an important day, a day of significance. Why - that I don't know. How ever, time will maybe tell.

I felt inspired right from the start. I felt happy. I felt fulfilled. That is not a bad sum for one day. I was thinking - what else has happened on this date?

Well, a lot of things, and many of great importance. But scrolling the Wikipedia I found one thing in particular that I wanted to bring forward.

1870 The Fifteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution is ratified, granting voting rights to citizens regardless of race.

Not a bad day, February 3rd.
